  • I know you keep pooh-poohing the idea of Marvel cancelling, failing to promote, or otherwise hamstringing "Fantastic Four" in order to spite Fox and their film adaptation, but then SlashFilm is able to report (and as a consequence Bleeding Cool is able to report) that Marvel just outright rejected any Fantastic Four-related posters from Mondo. That and a similar report from sketch card artists does establish a pattern. Can you please provide an alternative explanation?

We’ve danced this dance before. You either believe the things I’m telling you or you don’t.

As it turns out, SlashFilm isn’t associated in any way with Marvel, so they know what any outsider knows, and they make up whatever explanations they want for whatever circumstances they want.

Stop frequenting rumor sites. Your comics reading experience will become a lot more fulfilling. That’s my alternate explanation.
