Have you ever once considered that your disrespecful attitude toward unhappy customers is a big PR problem, and maybe, just maybe, it's not the other guy's fault? Hoy seem way too sensitive and condescending for your own good.

Nobody is making you read this page. Nobody is making you ask questions. So feel free to just keep on walkin’ if you don’t like the answers I give. That’s entirely your right.
