Why hasn't the 1978 Lee/Kirby Silver Surfer OGN been reprinted? Seemed like a no-brainer to include in the first Surfer Omnibus. Is it a rights issue with Simon/Schuster?

That volume has been reprinted, at least twice. Not in a number of years, true, but that’s also the case with many, many other collections.
