Given how Wasp and Mockingbird turned out to not be dead despite being in the afterlife, why did Jason Aaron have Xavier show up in Heaven? It'll create continuity problems when he's inevitably brought back, and already creates problems as seen in this week's Uncanny Avengers

It doesn’t create any problems with this week’s UNCANNY AVENGERS that I can see.
And the answer is that you play the ball where it lies. You can’t worry about what stories somebody at some future time might do–that’s their problem when and if they get there.
