Don't know why you act like reboot is a dirty word. If the alternative is keeping stories like Strange Tales 130 where Thing and Human Torch meet the Beatles (seriously, people look it up) somehow a part of continuity forever, then I would choose a reboot any day. If it's good for business, why wouldn't you consider a reboot?
What’s your problem with that STRANGE TALES story? It hasn’t been referenced in literally decades, and is doing nobody any harm. Thinking that we need to throw out all of the good stories because there was a tale that we published in 1965 that causes some worry is pretty backwards thinking, to me.
