  • How accurate are the Handbooks in comparing characters be it in strenght, powerset or overall raw power? Do they actually match with what we see in the comics themselves? i mean, we have Hulk, whose strenght and power is basically infinite, having a 7, but then also other beings like Thor, Sentry, etc have a 7, while they are not "the strongest one there is" and have been overpowered by him before. shouldn't then they have a 6, reserving 7 for Hulk and skyfathers or similarly omnipotent beings?

The Handbooks base their assignations on the evidence presented within the books.

I can see that you’re very invested in the Hulk being able to whomp on everybody else. but as I’ve said in the past, we’re not going to do a lot of battle boards stuff here. Just understand that I am more concerned with telling stories than I am with any one character being able to walk all over all the others.

    Except Squirrel Girl, of course.
