The customer SHOULD be entitled, and you even arguing that says quite a bit about how you put yourself above us. Creators are the ones who act like they are entitled to something from us, and reality doesn't work that way, such grasp it already.

The transaction is very simple:

We make something.

You choose to buy it or not.

If you buy it, what you are buying is that reading experience. Nothing more and nothing less.

If we do our jobs right, that reading experience makes you want to read the next one. If not, you don’t.

Everything beyond that is entitlement.
