    The transaction is very simple:

    We make something.

    You choose to buy it or not.

    If you buy it, what you are buying is that reading experience. Nothing more and nothing less.

    If we do our jobs right, that reading experience makes you want to read the next one. If not, you don’t.

    Everything beyond that is entitlement.
