Charles Soule and other Marvel folk keep talking about how Inhuman is going to be a franchise that will last hundreds of issues. What makes you so sure of that? Just because you really want Inhuman to be the next big thing doesn't mean it will. The next big thing doesn't come from editorial saying they want something to be successful, but from sometthing being successful because readers like it. Plus it's a mess, you changed writer and the delays took away all monetum.
Why are you worrying about this at all?
Is it because you’re convinced, like some, that Body Snatchers-style, Inhumans are going to replace X-Men?
Because that’s nonsense.
We try to make everything a whopping big success, and what succeeds is what succeeds. But you don’t really have a dog in that fight. And at least for myself, I find people rooting against the success of something to be one of the most miserable and contemptible endeavors there is. Root for something, not against it.
If INHUMAN is not for you, then give it a pass. No harm, no foul.
