Tom, when you talk about "Thor speed" or "Captain America Strengh", etc, it is your personal opinion or "Marvel point of view" ? Because i fell writers are free to portray the characters the way they want. Ed Brubaker said in a interview that Steve is a superhuman to him. Kieron Gillen said in his formspring, that he thinks Thor does have super speed in reflex/reactions, and his Beta Bill Ray had lightspeed reflexes in Godhunter. Waid Hulk have super speed, etc.

You feel what you feel, but you’re incorrect. When I’m speaking of such things, to the degree that I get into these “battleboards” sorts of questions, I’m coming at this from the perspective of the person who oversees and rules on our Marvel Handbooks, and who is considered the expert at Marvel on such matters.
People can say anything they want in interviews, but it’s what’s on the page that counts. And even there, people make mistakes–that’s only natural when you’re talking about so many years of stories.
