Is it not illogical to make no money on X-Men merchandise because Fox makes X-Men movies (which have nothing to do with sales of Marvel X-Men stuff), rather than getting the money from the X-Men merchandise and allowing Fox to have the fictional victory you guys have fixated on? I'm just trying to find out where this makes sense. It's like a orchard owner deciding not to sell apples because Kellog's makes Apple Jacks cereal. Where is the logic?
Again, this is not my area. So this is only my opinion.
But nobody is obligated to make stuff you want simply because you want it.
And it is not illogical to spend your time and efforts on endeavors for which you reap the totality of the benefit, rather than merely a portion of it. That makes all the sense in the world.
