In regards to "not everyone reacts to the same thing the same way" or "not ever one is aware of X". In terms of superheroes wouldn't it just make sense that their job eventually leads to them learning from their stupidity so they become meticulous and err on the side of caution?

Not really, no.
For one thing, that would take a tremendous amount of time for relatively little return.
For another, that wouldn’t make for more interesting stories.
