Isn't replacing characters like Peter Parker, Thor and Cap (who was just replaced a few years ago) just an excuse for lack of creativity? I feel like good writers should be able to tell interesting stories without resorting to tired gimmicks.
One person’s tired gimmick is another person’s interesting story.
How did you feel about SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN, for example–both while it was going on and now that it’s over?
