Sorry to do this, Tom, Magdalene + Swordsman didn't go to their "home reality", they went to find a new reality to call their home. For starters, the two were not from the same reality, the whole of the Gatherers were pulled together from various different realities. Secondly, their realities were each destroyed by Proctor, hence why they couldn't just "go home" to begin with. I know this is a 20 year old story, but you're authority on these things, does it hurt to look things up?

See, this right here is when I start to question why I even bother answering these questions.
It’s certainly not so the Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons can show up to scold me for his perceived deficiencies in my answers.
