I don't follow internet conspiracies or rumors, but after reading so much about them on your tumblr I want to give my take :) I have no difficult believing you are not going to cancel X-Men or FF and that you are not going to do a line wide reboot. That said you could be honest about that and still planning to end Hickman's storyline with a reality rewriting where all the characters you have the movie rights live in a universe and X-Men and FF in another one?
