How come Storm didn't know where Cyclops was in UXM when she had previously gone to Scott's base to contact Kitty Pryde? And that scene has to take place before UXM because Wolverine didn't have a scar then. Hell, Wolverine knows where Scott is too.
Perhaps Emma or the Stepfords erased that information from her memory.
