>Time travel is the biggest crutch in Marvel today. It’s lazy writing. How can you expect fans to invest in a story knowing it will be retconned by MORE time travel? Everyone know Remender’s tedious Uncanny Avengers arc would end with Kang being involved with bringing people back from the dead.

And what’s with the awful artwork? Bianchi, the host of artists in Wolverine & the X-Men, Jacob Wyatt, Javier Pulido etc, etc. The standard seems to be getting worse and worse. Your competitors manage to publish books with great artwork across the board so what gives? Fans expect a certain standard of artwork in 2014.

Oh and there isn’t a new ‘Thor’. His birth name is Thor Odinson so unless Thor is suddenly a girl’s name, and it isn’t, there’s simply a woman worthy of Mjolnir. Stop with the cheap publicity stunts.>

Sorry you don’t care for time travel stories. But I also can’t tell you that we’re going to stop doing them.

I expect, though, that you’re about to see a wellspring of support for the artists you listed from the many people who do like their work. What you’re talking about here is really a matter of taste. And speaking personally, I like having a range of artistic styles at my disposal, whatever the project calls for.

And there is a new Thor, there’s no reason on Earth that a woman can’t be called Thor other than that it makes you uncomfortable. Look inside for the answer to that one.
