New Brevoort Formspring

Now that Toro has been confirmed as an Inhuman and no longer a mutant I'm wondering if he'll get some type of change/upgrade or variation on his fire based powers? Cuz in the recent ALL-NEW INVADERS #8 Jim Hammond says Toro's recessive Inhuman genes were at play and now that he's been cocooned there should be some change/upgrade to his full powers. Plus he was basically a duplicate Human Torch. I know Marvel likes their expy heroes (Hulks, Spider-) but aren't there enough guys covered in flames?
