The new Thor looks pretty cool. It's hard bother "investing" in her though, since it's a 100% certainty that the old Thor will return pretty soonish and then she's gone. Wouldn't it have been better with another take on it?

Well, it’s really tough to invest in anything, given that we’re all going to be dead in under a hundred years, isn’t it? I mean, why bother/ We’re all going to be dust again so soon?
A story is a story. You’re either interested in it or not, and either is fine. If you are interested, you’ll read it. But when you ask about things like “bothering”, you seem to be asking for a permanence that simply isn’t a part of fiction or a part of life.
Relax! It’s all good! Stuff happens! Embrace change!
