Tom, just spent a happy half hour reading through your Formspring Q&As. They're highly entertaining and informative and I'm very impressed with your even-handedness and level-headness in answering questions (esp. the incendiary ones). I'm loving so much of what Marvel's putting out right now, and I have to thank you. Oh, and a question: is there ever any discussion or thought at Marvel to returning some titles to their legacy numbering? (I DO understand how sales drives the renumbering, though!)
Not as a whole, no. When appropriate anniversary numbering comes up, we do on a case-by-case basis consider going back to it. But even that gets complicated the more iterations of a given title there have been, to determine what counts and what doesn’t.
