Two questions if it's alright Mr Brevoort. 1) is it true that you guys can't use the name Champions for a book due to trademark? 2) if so, does that mean you can't use the name at all? Like Hercules and the Champions? 3) is there any plans for Hercules appearing in a book or getting a new ongoing?

I’m not a lawyer, so I cannot give you the fine definitions on some of this. But yes, Marvel does not hold the trademark on CHAMPIONS, and so we cannot use it for a book these days, even as HERCULES AND THE CHAMPIONS.
And no, no plans for a new Herc book at the moment.
