At the end of the latest All-New X-Men Xavier Jr and Raze are brought to the Cage. I thought the Cage was closed down and the inmates were sent to the Raft. And then the Raft was closed and villains are either sent to generic SHIELD facilities or Ryker's Island (which contradicts the whole point of closing the Raft). This is getting ridiculous, when are you guys going to make up your minds and make a new more consistent across all books super prison already?
