New Brevoort Formspring

Two questions 1.) after the Time Runs Out issues, Avengers and New Avengers return to the contemporary Marvel Universe and we work our way up to that point, right? I see some people taking for granted that the story STAYS in that time frame but that's not what I got from the announcement. 2.) How far away in say, number of months/issues are we from starting to see revelations concerning the nature of Rabum Alal? My gut tells me we might get a glimpse of that during Time Runs Out.
