Rise of Apocalypse and Inferno currently retail for over $200 a pop each. The former is a small TPB which makes matters that much worse. Are there any plans to reprint these since the demand is just that high but the supply is so low?

First off, demand isn’t necessarily that high–it’s just that the people who want those books really, really want them and are willing to pay a premium price for them. But that doesn’t mean that they’ll sell in quantity.
It’s possible that we’ll do new printings of these at some point if the demand for them is truly strong.
