As I’ve said before, the Omnibus volumes are expensive to produce and expensive for retailers to stock, so we don’t typically expect to do additional printings of them.

That said, a few of them have gone on to have new printings, including the first AMAZING SPIDER-MAN volume and the first FANTASTIC FOUR volume. So the first X-MEN volume seems like it’s more likely than most.
