No, no sarcasm. It was just another average, run-of-the-mill Deathlok. It wasn’t Luther Manning. And Manning came from the dystopian future world of 1986, so it’s no great surprise that he hasn’t shown up recently–that’s a bunch of stuff for somebody to have to deal with.
