Right! I was thinking of the old Torch and Sub-Mariner villain Captain Barracuda.

I tend to think that if we introduced Barracuda into the ongoing MU PUNISHER series that he’d play like a new character–but only in the same way that the Kingpin played as a new character in Jason’s PUNISHER MAX series.
