Even if MJ and Peter never get married again, would it still be possible to retcon One More Day somehow? The thing fans REALLY hated about it beyond the breakup was that Peter basically made a deal with the Devil. So if there was a way for the marriage to be undone while eliminating Peter voluntarilly making a deal with Mephisto (who shouldn't even have the power to remake reality anyway) I would stop boycotting Spider-Man. Marvel's flagship character should not make deals with the devil.
