Do you even know anything more about movie rights than the average person? You're involved in comics, not movies, I doubt Marvel executives and lawyers talk to you about this much. I don't get why people keep asking you about it, especially since you constantly say you're not gonna answer. If anything they should be asking Bendis, even though he'll obviously not answer either,

I do know more about movie rights than the average person, sure.
But there are things that it’s appropriate for me to speak about in a forum such as this, and there are things that it is not.
Business related to other divisions is out of bounds unless it relies merely on general knowledge. And nothing proprietary can be shared.
So I’m just a big ol’ poopy-head who sometimes won’t tell you guys what you want to know.
