Why do The Pulse complete collection that has just been solicited include 1-8 and 11-14 but apparently not 10? Can't be called complete really.

Issue #10 was a HOUSE OF M tie-in that took place entirely in a different universe, and wasn’t a part of the regular ongoing narrative of the series. So including it would have just been confusing.
