I was at an Expo recently and at their panel a celebrity guest said he was upset that he didn't receive complimentary copies of the book he is writing for Marvel. However I see on twitter many other Marvel creators do receive complimentary copies of the books they work on. Why do some creators receive complimentary comics and others don't? Thanks!
Everybody that works on a book receives comp copies of that book. But they sometimes take some time to go through our system and to be sent out. I don’t know which celebrity you’re speaking of, but if he worked on a book, some copies will be coming his way, if they haven’t already been sent.
