No, but I don't think any of the people on that list specifically targets criminals and is single handedly responsible for the death of thousands of criminals worldwide, so his targets i e criminals, should know him. If anything I would recognize the logo, if I were a crime lord, I would know and fear the Punisher

You might well know of the Punisher. But not necessarily enough to identify him on sight. Anybody can wear a logo. And it’s not like he’s got a comic book in the Marvel Universe with tons of images of his face that everybody follows.
Heck, could you identify Ted Bundy on sight?
