In general, when Marvel kills a major character who realistically will come back someday, do you have a plan for how they'll come back, or do you wing it? To give examples: did you guys know at their times of death how you would bring back Steve Rogers and Peter Parker?

As a general rule of thumb, if the same writer resurrected the character that killed them off in the first place, then there was in all likelihood a plan.
