Love the Clash design. Makes me want to see him get his own series. Funny how a simple costume design matters. I was a huge Ms/Captain Marvel fan until the new costume. I find it incredibly hard to look at, much like Cat Beast. Maybe you should actually have a functional website (its what i do and its really not) and maybe survey some of these decisions you seem intent on sticking by. Common sense? Or arrogance in ignoring customer feedback ?
As I’ve said before, this is storytelling, it isn’t a Democracy. No arrogance involved–it’s our job to make storytelling choices and see them through.
That said, based on the responses I’ve seen, if we did put up a poll about the current Captain Marvel costume versus her old Ms Marvel costume, I have no doubt that the new uniform would prove well more popular. If nothing else, it’s a costume that doesn’t embarrass women, and there are a lot of women out there who read our books.
