Probably this question will get relegated to the "no comment" section (no hard feelings if you use it, in any case), but who owns the Miracleman trademark & all its assets now? I have been enjoying reading the Marvel reprintings of Moore's run and I'm eager to see Gaiman's take by next year (Congratulations on both accounts), but I haven't been able to understand who actually owns it today.
