Hey wait a minute, in New Avengers they already dealt with Xavier's last will and testamentent, it stated that Xavier left his property to the X-Men, there was even a notary that gave Beast the letter that reminded him of the Infinity gem. Or is the last will and testament in Bendis' story not a real legally binding document?
