Do you get a say in what titles Panini Comics in the UK (and other countries for that matter) get to print at all? Do you insist on if they should print a book, or do you let them do their own thing?

For they most part, our overseas publishers decide what they want to publish and what they think will find an audience among the readers of their individual territories.
