Tom, do you ever feel like the Avengers books suffer now that they're pretty much shackled to starring the movie team? Like as expanded as Hickman's team is, Cap, Banner, Stark and Thor are going to be front and center for the most part. I fear not being able to have some of the cool 80's/90s teams where almost anyone could've been on the team.

I think you’d be hard-pressed to find any era, even throughout the 80s, where the active Avengers team didn’t include Cap, Banner, Stark or Thor. But there’s nothing that prevents us from using anybody we like today, beyond just plain common sense given that those guys are among the characters that most Avengers readers want to see included on a consistent basis.
