Has Marvel ever considered the idea of moving some of Spider-Man's rogue galleries around in other places like Hydroman vs She-Hulk(Jennifer), Styx & Stone vs Black Widow, The Vulture vs Angel, or Cyclops vs Sandman?

We’ve seen Spider-Man’s foes fight all sorts of other people over the years, more so probably than those of anybody else 9with the potential exception of the FF)
