Except that wouldn’t happen. Any crossover is approved by both parties, so I would expect that DC wouldn’t want the Marvel guys to be talking about how they’d met other versions of the DC characters before–and certainly not to tell them off (unless it was a mutual exchange of disdain.) You don’t simply get to run wild in a crossover–there’d be a DC bullet on the front as well as a Marvel box, you know.
