  • Very interesting. I am going to jump into the retailer discussion. Our DC books are also out-performing Marvel in sales right now. The Justice League titles and tie-in books do well for us. Avengers and New Avengers have dropped almost 40% in sales in our shop after a very strong start. Common complaints are dragging storyline, too many non-Avengers characters, and general lack of direction. Uncanny Avengers is doing better, but still down. Ms. Marvel flopped for us, unfortunately.     1. joliverlang said: i don’t know if this is good news or bad news but pretty much all of my friends have stopped buying monthly single issues of DC books because the New 52 made it so easy to catch everything in trades. there are like 8 of us.
