"We don’t have the pages, so we cannot publish it." Sorry, I've used google to see you already answered, and Liefeld responded on Twitter with reasons that you debunked. Still, if Liefeld is so angry at Marvel that he won't send you those pages even though he is losing money by not doing it how do you expect to get him to draw anything for Marvel?

I don’t expect to get Rob to draw anything for Marvel.
The question was whether I would hire Rob–whether he was “good enough” to work for Marvel today. The answer is yes.
That doesn’t mean that I’m going to hire Rob, or that I’m trying to hire Rob.
Rob doing more work for Marvel might happen at some point. Or it might not.
