There’s no such thing as half-mutant. Being a mutant is a binary condition–you either are or you aren’t.
Abigail Brand is a hybrid, half-human and half-alien. Additionally, she is a mutant, having traits and abilities not present in either of her fore bearers.
Same thing for the Sub-Mariner, for those who asked. He’s not half a mutant, he’s a mutant, and also a Human/Atlantean hybrid.
