Seems to be a conflict on internet about the canonicity of Marvel Avengers: The Ultimate Character Guide who states that Cloud 9 is a mutant. In the same time, it was stated in Avengers Assemble #1 and Fear Itself: Youth in Revolt #5 that she was riding a cloud-like alien gas. Can you help me with this one ?

Also, what is Ultragirl (“Suzy Sherman”/Tsu-Zana) genetic status? She was stated to be a Kree mutant (or a Kree hybrid and a mutant?) in Ultragirl #1, and then an half-mutant in Fear Itself: Youth in Revolt #6.

Cloud 9 is not a mutant–she came in contact with a gas of alien origin.

I don’t think you can be a half-mutant–that doesn’t make sense. She’s at least part Kree.
