I think some of his actions in Superior Spider-Man Team Up with the Sinister Six could be considered criminal if they were to reach the light of day. Some of those could be written off with "the Venom defense" though. More interesting could be potential fraud in starting the new company but I'd have to reread issues to see.
The key phrase here, I think, is “reach the light of day.” Most of the examples that people gave me fall int this category. At the moment, nobody seems especially bothered by all of the stuff Spider-man has been doing, so why should that suddenly change once Peter is back?
