In X-Force 2 its revealed that 67 countries have banned mutants from their military. That is the height of dumb, shouldn't these countries WANT to have these valuable assets on their side, forced conscription would make way more sense to make up for their lack of superhumans. In fact, I recall that in the MU Russia did just that.
