Mr. Brevoort can you explain why writers at Marvel take on too much work and then can't finish their runs? Recently it has been happening more than usual. The Fraction off Inhumans is understandable but Jason Aaron already off of Amazing after only 1 arc? You do know some people follow writers more than characters and for the fans who buy the book for his writing this feels like a kick to the balls and then to fans of Kyle/Yost are now frustrated bcuz that means no Young X Men like Mart teased

Well, there were never any concrete plans for Young X-Men, so those fans shouldn’t feel too upset about that.

Our most popular creators are always going to be in demand–they’re popular for a reason, and that means that they’re going to be among the first we call upon when there’s some new exciting opportunity. But there are only so many hours in the day, and so many pages one person can write or draw. And so choices have to be made. And new stuff is turning up all the time, so it’s a bit of a continuing process. But a good problem to have if you’re a creator–the alternative is not having much in the way of offers and opportunities, and really having to hustle for that next assignment.

And Jason will finish his run–it’s simply a shorter run than you had hoped it would be.
