  • Why don't you impose a dress code on your creators? Sometimes i see pictures of guys at conventions or interacting with fans and I question, based on their "style," whether or not actually have interest in reading anything produced by such slovenly people. Is a shirt and tie in public too much to ask? Or keeping beards trimmed to a certain level? Surely you could force the issue.

    Yeah, I don’t really see that happening.

    Nor do I think it needs to. This is a creative business, one in which most creators are working in their homes all around the world. How they choose to dress is completely up to them.
