You don't have to answer this one, just see it. I don't know enough of the details of the Bill Mantlo situation to really comment, but I do think it would be a very good goodwill gesture/good press on the part of Disney/Marvel for you guys to help him out, if possible with Rocket Raccoon about to become a hugely marketable character. If nothing else, it would be very minimal effort for such a large corporation and far better than bad press around the time of the movie.
