what happened to the 50 initiative teams? are they still out there? or did they all get infiltrated by skrulls? is the initiative still active? or are they just not funded and still exist? being from illinois what happened to the space knights (chicagos team)?

The Initiative as an operation was shut down, but some of those teams and heroes are still active on an independent basis in their regions.
